Warranty and guaranty period terms

Training Support. We provide three ways for the support:

  • Self teching. ArtisJet offers professional videos/PDF format files.
  • Online support and training. We provide online support via web camera with our professional technicians. 7*24 hours.
  • On-site training upon request.

Maintenance and repairing:

  • Once problem happens,our technician will be with at your side and offer the solution.
  • If any broken part is the problem root,the new part will be sent out the same day by express on our cost.

Warrany content:

  • Mechanical parts. Sliding orbit, belt, motors, ball screw,etc.
  • Electronic parts. Control system, waring system, PCI board, transfer board,power supply board, main board,etc.
  • Inks.

Guaranty:

  • We sell only quality solutions and they are brand news with professional service.
  • If any clue indicating the machine is not brand new, change or return is provided.
  • If any fatal prblem happens and can not be fixed, change or return is available.
  • If any break happens in the international shipment, we provide insurance with the express company.
