Paypal.For parts and consumables only.

BR1900/BR1400 /T-shirt models::3working days after the receipt of payment.

MINI UV model/A1/Decoration models: 5working days after the receipt of payment.

Large Industrial UV model: 15working days after the receipt of payment.

Notice: All of the ordered goods will be tested with printing by our professional technicians before the shipment. Testing process will be videoed and pictures or web camera if you want to see on live.

BrotherJet logistic dept can arrange the goods to any of your appointed address or airport or sea ports. We can arrange everything for you regarding the shipment issue.

Three main ways:
1. Air forwarding to your appointed nearest air port. (Port to Port services) Suitable to all of our products. Consignee needs to take the goods to their own address from the ports.Lead time is normally 3-7working days after departure. Up to different airports' locations.

2. Sea forwarding to your appointed nearest sea port. (Port to Port services)Suitable to all of our products.Consignee needs to take the goods to their own address from the ports.

3. Express shipment door to door services. (Door to door services) Suitable for BR1900/BR1400/BR T-shirt printer/MINI UV Printer models. Main partners: DHL/UPS/TNT/FEDEX/AMEX/SF express. Consignee have the goods directly from our testing room to their location.

One year of warranty for mechanical parts including belts,sliding way,ball screws, and cover.
One year of warranty for electronic parts including main board,control board,transformer board,and control panel.
One year of warranty for RIP and other softwares.

BrotherJet after sales dept technicians will contact you directly once they get confirmation about the arrival of the goods in your hand by making appointments with you for the training time. They will make discussion with you about reading the menus first before the appointment online. The whole process of services will be done with online contacting tools/web camera/teamviewer/Skype.MSN,YM,GTALK,etc.

BrotherJet have established service and sales center in Australia,Turkey and USA. If you are from these countries or near around, you can just contact our colleagues there directly.

You can also come to our training room in China here to get a full training free. The training will last about 36hours.

In case of needing technical support on site where the service is not available locally from us, we can send our technicians to you directly from China on your own cost.

Yes. You will need to pay VAT,different countries have different rates for this type of printer. You can check with your local customs by H.S.CODE: 8443.3213.00 Normally the rate is about 13-17%.

BrotherJet have most of the hot applications samples in stock. If you need our ready samples with our own artwork ,we will send the goods directly to you on your own shipment cost.
