Normally, we are able to arrange the shipment in three working days after payment.

There are about 140 pieces of T shirt can be printed in a day(A4 size and 8 work hours).

We guarantee 3 days without the head clogging when printer does not print. But if we need to stay the machine for longer time than 3days, we will need to take the head away from the printer and make a through cleaning on the whole ink system.

Yes, we have such films showing how to operate device.

The printing with our ink can be washed 10-15 times without fading, and 25-30 times after heating at 140 degree.

Our machine is like normal printer. We are using the machine by the CorelDraw software for output. And it can work with windows XP 2000, vista, windows 7，Apple Mac etc.

We just need to load the BMP, GIF, JPGE, AI, etc format files into CorelDraw software and then we can output directly.

We use CorelDraw software to design the images and to control the machine. we can output files directly from CorelDraw, it is more convenient.

Yes, the control panel and our user manual both are in English.

When using the CorelDraw, we just need to load the DXP format file into the CorelDraw software and the files can be output directly from CorelDraw.

There are two methods.
1. You can order the spare parts together with the machine, this is the safest way.

2. The other way is you can inform us when you need to replace the consumables, we will send them to you within 48 working hours.

Our printing machine is ready to use and we don't need other spare parts.

Yes, the accessory includes:
.100ml of inks for each color
.01 power cable
.01  USB cable
.01 encoder strip setting system
.01 bottle of cleaning liquid
.01 bottle of coating for some hard materials like stone, metal, etc.

We can send the spare parts directly from China in 2 working days.

We are glad to inform that our BR-A2 flatbed printer have a repeat button and support 512M memory card, which means we can repeat the printhing job without computer software.

We would like to inform you that we sell the CISS system as a whole, and the price of CISS is $55 per set. But once any of cartridges is broken, it is easliy to change another new single cartridge.

We can offer the samples to clients for free.

We will send out the finished products in 2 working days after we receive the materials.

Yes. We hope to get your samples printed and send you back for inspection.

Please notice that: It is better for you to send us artwork for the samples in CD.

We would like to print your photo on the case as sample, and it is for free, but by our practice you need pay the delivery fee.

We provide two kinds of samples:
a. Standard samples including metal, glass, wood, PVC, and T-shirt etc. We can send these standard samples to you at once if you want.
b. We also accept customized sample service. We will make samples with your artwork and the material under your requirement, and we will send you the customized sample as soon as possible.

We do not need fixation materials, which is only needed when print on metal material.

we have two models for the A3+(329*600) and they are BR 1400 and BR1900 flatbed printer.

Our printer can print the materials with the thickness up to 20cm.

The problem is:
The ink is not stable enough actually, but it is better if we can apply the heating by hair or our heating board. It will be much better.

Yes, they can, you just need print the white color ink on the dark garment first.

Yes, it can print directly on metal, and we have coating which make the printing more stably.

Yes, you can print on plastic cards and variety of materials directly.

Yes, that printing on PVC sheets which used to make smart cards and ID cards is available.

Printing on nonweaven fabrics is available.

It is hard to find the exactly position for the keyboard on the flatbed during printing, which means the printing image may not on the exactly right place of the keyboard.

Printing with white ink on the dark T-shirts is available. We have both white ink and its particular printing software which is helpful for the excellent printing result.

We have to say that if you want the image stay stuck on the metal, the special pro-coating needed to be printed on the metal materials first. Any kind of  printers need this pro-coating if we want to print on the hard surface like metal,we believe.

Yes, The machine can print on round materials including glass, cup, golf ball etc. rely on our cylinder jig.

we would like to recommond our BR-1400 flatbed printer. Cause it can print directly on plastic case of mobile phone. Since it is the entry level flatbed printer, so it is very ease to use, and the price is reasonable.

We need to choose irregular rotary jig for printing wine glass, bottle etc. irregular items.

The colors in most of the materials can persist more than 2 years with good result. And we do not need fixation materials, which is only needed when print on metal material.

Our flatbed printers are working with two types of inks as following:

1.  Direct Dye Solvent inks. This ink is specially used for rigid materials like stone, metal, glass, pvc, crystal, wood, etc. This ink can be printed directly on wood, pvc, acrylic without any coating. But we had better use coating for the metal, stone, crystal for better stability and durability.
2. Water-based pigment ink. This ink is specially used for the textile like t-shirt.

According to your requirement, we believe our BR-1900 flatbed printer will be a good choice for you, because it is able to print with white ink without pre treatment on metal and PVC directly, but for some hard surface materials like metal, printing pre-coating first will help the printing result much more stable. Many of our clients print USB flashdrive with our BR-1900 printer around the world.

The ink shelf life is 12 months in good condition (No direct sunshine, under the degree of 30).

Yes, our BR1900 model printer can print white ink. We will have only 5 colors(C, M, Y, K, W, W, W, W) on the machine if we use white ink.   We need special software for the printing of the white firstly.

The printing process is as following:
1. Make the coating by the spray gun on the materials first.
2. Make the white printing or the colorful printing on the materials first.
3. Make the colorful or white printing on the materials for the second time.
4. Finish the printing

For the printing of glass and petg,it is better to apply coating before printing and the image can stand for 2years.

Yes. We have white printing now on all the machines.  But we do not recommend our clients to work with white ink by BR1390 machine. Since this model has only one cleaning station and it will make the inks mixed when cleaning. But BR1900 machine is good choice for the white printing(As this machine can have C,M,Y,K,W,W,W,W, and this machine has two separate cleaning station.

We are sorry that we do not have any machine that can print silver and gold colors. Since we have no this type of inks.

We are always providing inks to our clients directly from China any time, so it won't be a problem.

We have two different kind of ink, one is BR-ECO Solvent Ink Uncoated(Korea), and the other kind is ECO DYE SOLVENT DIRECT INK/WATER BASED. They are both waterfast.

Our ECO DYE solvent ink is easily available. We can send you the ink in 48 hours in any time. And the price is: USD200/Liter/color.

Our machine can work with other inks. But for protecting the printer head, we suggest you use original ink. And it is easily available from us, we can send it to you in 48hours by air at any time.

The life of ink is about 2 years without fading.

The ink is easily available in India, but for protecting the head of printing, we suggest you use specific ink, whick can be sent to you in 48 hours directly from us.

Our ink is water-proof, sunshine-proof and scratch-proof.  In our clients' practice, the printing image on the T-shirt can be washed 20 times without fading.

Our ink is drying so fast on most of the materials that you may ignore it.

Yes. The software arranges all the files in the accurate places always, but we have to fix the materials on the machine very stable.

There are some steps for the textile printing which will make the printing more stable.
1)    Make the coating first on the textile.
2)    Make the printing until the coating is dry.
3)    Make the heating on the heat press machine.

You are right. The coating by spray will make the printing look not good. It will dirty the surface of the materials. But by this way, we can make the printing more stable and sharp.

We are always offering direct price to our clients, because we don't want to waste our clients' time, we won't quote high price then we begin to bargin.

Yes, we could customize the color of machine for you. But we will need another 15 working days to prepare it.

1. The printing speed. 1900 is 1.3times faster than 1400.

2. The colors. 1900 is using 8 colors(C,M,Y,K,Orange,H,Glossy,Y). 1400 is using 6 colors(C,M,Y,K,LC,LM).

3. The white support. 1900 has better printing quality in white when it is using(C,M,Y,K,W,W,W,W). 1400 will have the inks mixed to some degree when working with the white.

Our minimum order quantity is 1 set.

Our machine is automatically in the package with all the necessary accessories, which means our machine is ready to use.
